Like his sister, I wanted to do a closeup of his beautifully colored eye. I did it in the same room, in relatively the same light, spot on the bed, angle, etc. I tried to get as close to the other picture as possible.
I did nothing to enhance the color of his eye, apart from getting the levels corrected in Photoshop. I then selected it out, and desaturated the rest, and used a fade technique so that the eye really stands out.
